Can you freeze the meatballs? Also it'd be very useful if you added instructions on how to store for the batch cook recipes.

Hi Laura! Thanks for your feedback! You can freeze the meatballs in this recipe, here's what you need to do:
1. Cool Completely: After cooking, allow the meatballs to cool to room temperature.
2. Flash Freeze: Place the cooled meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
3. Package: Transfer the frozen meatballs to a freezer-safe zip-top bag or airtight container. Label with the date.
4. Freeze: Store in the freezer for up to 3 months
