I made this as the last of the lamb tray bake batch recipes. I followed the instructions exactly and found the sauce really underdeveloped. It just tasted like a can of tomatoes to me. It also hid the super delicious lamb meatball flavor. Next time I’ll just make all the portions into the apple celery slaw version, which was an absolute banger.
