i liked the cabbage but i found the fish not very tasty even though i marinated it for well over 30min. i think maybe next time i’d use a bit of rice flour to make it crispy??

Really tasty and fresh with good size portions for 4.
I used a cheaper frozen white fish but just steamed in the marinade first before removing excess liquid and frying in the oil for a slightly crispier texture. Lots of cabbage left over but I will keep to garnish some rice dishes as I’m sure this will taste even nicer as the week goes on.
