Step 1.
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.
Step 2.
Stir through the yoghurt until a dough forms, then knead together until thoroughly incorporated. Divide the dough into four balls, cover and let rest for 10 mins.
Step 3.
Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat. Dust a work surface with a little flour and roll each ball of dough out until thin, around 2mm. Once the pan is hot, add a flatbread and cook on both sides until golden, for a total of 2-3 mins. Continue until all the flatbreads are cooked.
