Step 1.
Add your softened butter to a bowl, and mix in your ‘nduja, honey and dried oregano.
Step 2.
Pop your toast in the toaster.
Step 3.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add a heaped tbsp of your butter mixture and let it melt and sizzle.
Step 4.
Crack an egg into the pan and season the top with salt. Let the whites bubble up and the base of the egg go crispy.
Step 5.
Rub the toast in the pan to butter it, then pop it on a plate. Top with your fried egg and some chopped chives. Enjoy!
