Step 1.
Cut and juice your lime, saving a slice of the lime for garnish.
Step 2.
Remove the tops off of your strawberries and cut them up into small chunks.
Step 3.
Add them to a bowl along with the raspberries and blackberries and put them in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Step 4.
Remove them from the freezer and put your berries in the blender along with the white rum, lime juice, simple syrup and mint.
Step 5.
Blend until smooth then pour into a glass.
Step 6.
Garnish with the lime slice and a sprig of mint. Enjoy.
