really tasty, but I found the rice paper just didnt work in the oven. reckon in an airfryer these would be banging

I should have followed the recipe closely. My oven wasn’t hot enough to 230C and I didn’t flip the rolls half way to make sure both sides were crispy. Would have worked better if they were slimmer too but the rice paper I used were large ones for a typical summer roll. Tasted great though!
