I think it tastes great. Only thing is that the dressing is dry when you blitz it... so you do need to add a liquid to get it spinning in the blender.

Tuesday evening dinner...mob's Cottage Cheese Chicken Caesar.
Super tasty and very filling. I used my airfryer to cook the broccoli 🥦 and finish the croutons. I made the cottage cheese today, it was a little dry, so added some milk to thin the dressing 👍🏻
I used salad leaves I had, and some sprouted alfalfa too.
Didn't realise I'd forgotten the grated parmesan until we were half way through, so we did without. It was still brilliant. Well recommended 👌
