Yummy recipe! Couldn't afford to make too often because of the cost of crab but nice for an occasion. Took the suggestion from the other comment about putting the prawns in closer to the end and it worked well :)

Stunning. Very rich and perfect for a lazy Sunday cook with a glass of white in hand. Popped in the prawns minutes before serving rather than what felt like an instruction to do so halfway through, they were cooked and still juicy.
