Step 1.
Add the water and your limes, whole, into a blender.
Step 2.
Blend them up until there are no big chunks, then strain through a sieve.
Step 3.
Return the liquid to the blender then add the sugar, rum, and condensed milk.
Step 4.
Serve over ice and garnish with a lime wheel and some mint. Enjoy!
