These were easy to do and inoffensive but needed something to make them worth doing again. Agree with Edwin on the quick pickled onions, we had pickles and they didn’t go that well.

Good texture and flavour, easy to form into patties. Used potato masher instead of fork to crush the mix. Made quick red onion pickles to go with rather than normal pickles. Be careful not to have oil too hot as they can go very dark
