Loved this recipe but wow it is sooo garlicky, not recommended as a pre-date dinner! Also I cooked it in my Dutch oven and the onions got a bit burned, so will try again in the roasting tin as suggested. I stirred the grains directly into the pan before serving so they could soak up all the cooking juices, so good
